We take great care to ensure all product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However:

- Some products may be substituted if unavailable, where appropriate and of equal or greater value

Food & Allergy Information
Many of our products contain allergens including, but not limited to:

Ordering
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors or stock issues.
If a problem arises with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
VAT will be included where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available on our website.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Please ensure delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the customer and the delivery provider.
Hampers & Gift Products
Our hampers are packed by hand and may occasionally require substitutions due to stock availability.
Where substitutions are necessary, replacement items will be of equal or greater value and similar quality wherever possible.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of many food products, we are unable to accept returns on food items unless they are damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.
We will always do our best to resolve any problems quickly and fairly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damage
- A brief description of the issue
This helps us resolve matters efficiently.
